To make sure we can accommodate all of our patients fairly, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies:
Deposit Requirement A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any appointment, including consultations. This will be applied toward your treatment. If no treatment is booked, it will serve as the consultation fee. Please note: if your appointment was not booked online, the deposit must be made within 48 hours of scheduling, or your time slot will be released.
48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We have a strict 48-hour policy for cancellations, rescheduling, or time changes. Any changes made within this window, including no-shows, will result in a $100 + HST charge or forfeiture of your deposit. We appreciate your understanding, as this ensures fairness and availability for all of our patients.
Appointment Reminders To help keep things smooth and stress-free, you’ll receive multiple reminders before your appointment. Please take a moment to review your confirmation emails carefully, as they contain directions and any important pre- or post-appointment instructions.
